Eight hours on site is the median for a three-bedroom house or townhouse in the southwest Edmonton communities, with three movers and one truck, and half of the 28 jobs ran between 6 and 9.5 hours. Half cost between $1,031 and $2,191. This is the size where the day stops being about bedrooms: the garage, the basement and whatever is stored under the stairs are usually what decide whether the day ends near the bottom of that range or the top of it.

This is the only card on the page that dispatches a fourth mover, and it still runs on one truck. The median day is 8.13 hours on site, nearly twice a one-bedroom, and half of the twelve moves graded this size in the southwest Edmonton communities ran between 5.13 and 11 hours, with prices between $1,249 and $2,877. Twelve is a thin sample, so $2,232 is a midpoint rather than a rate. What decides where a day lands is how much of the house is boxed before the crew arrives.
