Super professional, extremely careful with items and your house as well. Very friendly, fast and efficient. They are not the cheapest but trust me the cheaper companies take longer and damage your items.

Which Cactus office will handle my Alberta move?
Book with the office nearest your pickup address: Calgary for the south of the province, Edmonton for the north. Both run their own crews and their own trucks. The quote form on this page reaches the Calgary head office, and the two offices have separate numbers if you would rather call one directly.
Is a Calgary to Edmonton move quoted differently than a local one?
Yes. A local move is hourly, set by the number of movers and the size of the truck. A run between the two cities is a route rather than a local job and it has its own page and its own quote. Ask for it by the two city names and you will get the right estimate.
How far outside Calgary and Edmonton do you go?
Far enough that the run has a page. Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Canmore, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and the other Alberta towns listed above all have one. If your town is not on the list, call and we will quote it.
What does a local move in Alberta cost?
Local moves are charged by the hour, set by the number of movers and the size of the truck, and the agreement states that rate before the crew starts. There is no deposit on a local move, no fuel surcharge and no charge for travel time within city limits. The Calgary and Edmonton cost pages break the rest of it down.
Can you move me out of the province?
Yes. Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Montreal, Quebec City and Halifax all have published routes out of Calgary and Edmonton, along with the smaller destinations grouped above. Runs into the United States have their own hubs on the routes pages.
Do you pack as well as move?
Yes. Packing services and moving bin rentals are available out of both Alberta offices. Each city's packing page says what a full pack covers and what a partial one leaves to you.
