Yevhenii and Ucha helped me move and they were wonderful! They worked very hard and were able to do the job for me quicker than expected. They helped me with disassembly and reassembly of my bed. They were very organized and packed my items into the truck carefully.

They moved very heavy furniture up and down my two flights of stairs. They did things very fast and efficient. They also built my ilea furniture for me that I had ordered. I don’t know their names but I’d recommend those two again. Tristan

Had a seamless moving experience with Cactus. Three movers and one truck managed to fully move us out of our old place, into our new place. They were professional, thoughtful, hard working and respectful of our properties.

Cactus moving did a fantastic job, the team was professional and timely. If I’m moving again I would definitely use them. I recommend them as well. My only suggestion would be to avoid using DoorDash/ Uber Eats to send over the complimentary beverage, unless you have a deal with them.

From the start Faye was very helpful in arranging time, how many movers needed etc. Niko and his team were on time professional and courteous They also thought outside the box to deal w unexpected challenges- which always seem to come when you’re doing a stressfull move.

Joshua and Alex were amazing. So personable, professional and proficient! Just like the last time we moved with them less than 1 month ago!!! We will keep choosing Cactus but hopefully not in the very near future 😂

The movers were fantastic, friendly and fast. The salesperson was responsive and helpful and gave us a great sense that we were taken care of. She was even reachable for after sales support.

I used Cactus for a January 30th move and even though we were dealing with the huge snow issue and exceedingly cold temperatures, their service was great and they took great care with all items. Would highly recommend!

How a review reaches this page
When a Toronto job closes, the customer gets one email asking for a review. There is no follow up campaign, no reward for leaving one and no filter that routes unhappy customers somewhere else first: everybody gets the same link to the same public listing.

Why does this page cover most of the GTA?
Because our system files both Google listings that serve it against one branch record, so the listing cannot say which office a review meant. Where a review is linked to a job we place it by the addresses on that job, and those go to the city they name. The rest stay here rather than being split by guesswork.
Is a five-star page the whole story?
No, and we would rather you knew that from us. The quotes here are a chosen subset of the reviews on the listing, chosen for being five stars and long enough to say something. The listing itself, linked above, is complete and is what you should read if you want the full distribution.
Can I see which neighbourhood a review came from?
Not on this page. The card carries the month the review was posted and nothing else about the job, because a city page has no second source to check a location claim against. Our Toronto neighbourhood pages do carry that context, from the move's own recorded addresses.
How do I leave one after my move?
You will get an email with a direct link when the job closes. If it did not reach you, search Cactus Moving on Google Maps and post on the Toronto listing. Naming the crew or the building helps the next person reading it far more than a bare five stars does.
